# TeymServ AI — Legal Notices, Terms and Disclaimers

TeymServ Corp. | Version 2026-10-24.1 | Updated October 24, 2026

These notices include important liability limits. Mandatory legal rights remain protected. The future paid-subscription retrieval policy is explicitly distinguished from the current Stripe sandbox integration. This document does not establish that existing customers accepted new contractual terms.

## 1. Terms of use and account responsibilities

TeymServ AI is offered by TeymServ Corp. (“TeymServ”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for business service-management use. These notices explain permitted use, risks and the allocation of responsibility. An authorized representative must expressly accept the applicable Terms when an agreement is formed. Displaying this page alone does not establish acceptance by an existing customer or replace an existing signed agreement.

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement and authorized to act for your organization. Use only accounts and information you are entitled to access. Protect credentials, manage staff permissions and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@teymserv.com. You are responsible for activities you authorize, subject to applicable law and responsibility attributable to TeymServ.

Subject to an applicable agreement and assigned permissions, TeymServ grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization’s lawful operations. No ownership of the platform is transferred. Do not share access outside authorized users, resell access without permission, introduce malware, interfere with availability, commit fraud, impersonate others or access another organization’s information.

Do not reproduce or commercially redistribute protected platform materials, circumvent access controls, scrape protected data, or reverse engineer the service except as authorized or permitted by applicable law. These restrictions do not prohibit authorized integrations, normal business exports, accessibility rights, or legally protected security research.

Your organization remains responsible for its customer relationships, employee supervision, service authorizations, repairs, inspections, recordkeeping, tax treatment and compliance. TeymServ supplies software; it is not your repair provider, employer, equipment manufacturer, accountant, insurer or certifying authority.

## 2. Intellectual property and customer records

© 2026 TeymServ Corp. All rights reserved. TeymServ AI is a product of TeymServ Corp. Except for customer content and third-party materials, proprietary software, website content, documentation, designs and branding are owned by or licensed to TeymServ Corp. to the extent protected by applicable law.

TeymServ and TeymServ AI are used as trademarks. This notice does not claim registration. Do not use the branding to imply unauthorized sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Third-party and open-source materials retain their respective rights and licence terms; those terms govern where applicable. Nothing claims ownership of unprotectable ideas, customer records or rights TeymServ does not hold.

As between you and TeymServ, you retain the rights you hold in submitted customer records, equipment histories, photographs, reports, quotes, invoices and other business content. You grant a limited, non-exclusive permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and support the service, follow your lawful instructions and meet legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership.

You must have authority and any required notices or consents to submit information about customers, staff or others. This does not remove TeymServ’s own responsibilities. You may download and share your business documents through authorized features; the platform’s copyright restrictions do not prevent ordinary use of those documents.

TeymServ may pursue available lawful remedies for infringement or misuse, including injunctions and damages where applicable. We do not represent that every violation is a criminal offence. Send permissions requests, infringement concerns or reports of misuse to support@teymserv.com, identifying the material and your claimed rights.

## 3. AI assistance, equipment repair and safety

AI-generated suggestions, diagnoses, summaries, repair procedures, specifications, parts recommendations, calculations and other outputs are informational assistance. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, fabricated or unsuitable. Confident wording is not evidence of correctness. Outputs may not be unique or protected by copyright; review them before external use.

TeymServ AI cannot physically inspect equipment or independently verify its condition, configuration, modifications, history, operating environment or hazards. An output is not a confirmed diagnosis, manufacturer-approved procedure, inspection certificate, warranty determination or authorization to operate equipment.

Before acting, independently verify the information against the correct manufacturer documentation, model, serial number, applicable specifications and current safety requirements. Use inspection, testing and qualified professional judgment. If instructions conflict, are incomplete or create uncertainty, stop and obtain appropriate guidance.

Only trained, competent and authorized personnel should perform work. Follow applicable hazardous-energy isolation, lockout/tagout, stored-energy control, lifting and support, electrical, hydraulic, pressure-system and personal-protective-equipment requirements. Never bypass guards, interlocks, safety devices or mandatory inspections on the basis of an AI response. Do not operate equipment whose safety is uncertain.

The service does not replace manufacturer instructions, training, qualified supervision or workplace-safety duties. It is not an emergency-response service or an autonomous equipment-control system. For an emergency or immediate danger, stop using the AI feature and follow the appropriate emergency procedures.

AI-generated legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or warranty information is general information, not professional advice. Verify decisions with appropriately qualified professionals. Review all suggested fields, facts and inferences before saving, approving, sending or relying on them. AI suggestions do not authorize customer work, establish a booking or guarantee warranty coverage.

You decide whether and how to act on AI information. Reliance can cause equipment damage, downtime, financial loss, injury or death. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the limitations and exceptions below, TeymServ disclaims liability arising from reliance on AI outputs. No acknowledgement establishes that a repair is safe or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

## 4. Business documents, financial information and communications

Review customer identity, equipment details, scope, quantities, rates, costs, taxes, purchase orders, totals and recipient addresses before approving or sending documents. Reports and calculations depend on supplied information and configuration. They do not replace accounting, tax, legal, inspection or professional advice.

A generated quote, invoice, service report, approval status or signature record does not by itself prove that all legal, contractual, warranty, tax or safety requirements have been met. You must obtain appropriate customer authorization and retain the records your business requires.

Maintain independent copies of important business records and appropriate contingency arrangements. This responsibility does not waive any backup, security, retrieval or data-handling commitment TeymServ expressly undertakes.

You are responsible for the lawful content and recipients of communications you initiate, including required consent, sender identification and unsubscribe obligations where applicable. The platform does not give permission to send unsolicited marketing. Optional marketing consent is separate from agreement to these Terms.

Submitting a payment instruction, email or other external action may have consequences outside the platform. Cancellation or deletion in TeymServ does not necessarily recall a message or reverse an external transaction. Confirm its state with the relevant provider; do not repeatedly submit an uncertain payment or delivery attempt.

## 5. Subscriptions, cancellation and 90-day data access

Current availability: subscription checkout is restricted to authorized Stripe test-mode use. Live paid subscriptions are not currently offered through this integration. Sandbox transactions do not constitute real payments. The paid-subscription and post-expiry policy below describes the terms intended for future live plans; it is not a representation that automated read-only access, complete exports, reminders or deletion schedules are already operational.

Before a live plan is purchased, the applicable offer or agreement must disclose currency, fees, taxes, billing interval, trial conditions, renewal, cancellation method and refunds. Cancel renewal before the disclosed renewal deadline using the available billing process or by contacting support@teymserv.com. Cancellation of renewal ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid term, not immediately. Existing payment obligations remain due, subject to mandatory rights and the applicable agreement. A separate signed agreement controls an expressly agreed difference.

For non-payment, the 90-day retrieval period starts only after TeymServ receives and verifies a Stripe webhook and confirms the current subscription has reached unpaid status or has actually been canceled following unsuccessful payment recovery. A first failed-payment notice, pending authentication, past_due status while recovery remains open, or a scheduled future cancellation does not by itself start that period. For a voluntary cancellation, the period starts when cancellation takes effect and paid access ends. Stripe notices are billing communications; the verified subscription state controls the transition. TeymServ will notify the owner of the effective retrieval start and deadline. Browser redirects, screenshots, forwarded emails and unverified notifications do not authorize an access change.

For future live subscriptions, the account owner will have 90 calendar days after the paid term expires to sign in securely and search, view, download and export existing organization records and associated attachments without an additional subscription charge. Organization permissions continue to apply. This retrieval access does not grant access to another organization’s records.

During that retrieval period, paid operational features will be disabled: creating or editing business records, dispatching work, AI assistance, platform email or messaging, initiating payment collection and automated integrations. Search, viewing and retrieval remain available. Account security, privacy requests, support and subscription reactivation remain available through the applicable processes. External transactions already submitted remain subject to the provider’s terms and applicable law.

Customers must download and check complete copies of required records and attachments before the retrieval deadline. TeymServ will communicate the expiry date and retrieval deadline and provide reminders before access ends. Report retrieval problems to support@teymserv.com before the deadline. This obligation does not excuse TeymServ from providing promised access or complying with applicable law.

After the 90-day retrieval period, free account access ends. Deletion from active systems and expiry of backup copies will follow a retention schedule disclosed before live subscription enrolment. Free access and storage are not indefinite. No fixed deletion-completion or backup-expiry deadline is represented on this page while those schedules remain under implementation. Content already deleted may be unrecoverable; reactivation does not guarantee its recovery.

Limited records may be retained for documented legal obligations, legal holds, billing, security or dispute-resolution purposes, only for as long as reasonably necessary. They remain protected and restricted to those purposes. Retention does not extend customer access or permit unrelated reuse. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting permanent account closure or deletion; we will explain the effect of a verified closure request on remaining access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the liability exceptions below, TeymServ is not responsible for loss arising solely from a customer’s failure to retrieve records within a properly notified retrieval period, or deletion performed in accordance with the agreed terms, disclosed retention schedule and applicable law. This does not exclude responsibility for TeymServ’s own breach of its obligations. Until live subscription workflows are available, contact support for account closure and data-retrieval requests; this page does not trigger automatic deletion.

## 6. Availability, third parties and changes

Except for an express written service commitment, TeymServ does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation, or any particular repair, financial or business outcome. Maintenance, communications failures, device limitations, network conditions, malicious activity and provider outages may affect the service.

Optional integrations, external AI, payment services and other third-party services may have separate terms, fees, processing locations and availability limits. Review them before enabling a connection. TeymServ’s use of a provider does not automatically remove TeymServ’s legal or contractual responsibilities.

Product descriptions, demonstrations and roadmap statements do not promise that every illustrated feature is currently available or that a future feature will be delivered. Use the features included in your actual plan. We may update the service, subject to applicable law and express contractual commitments; material changes to purchased services require appropriate notice and any required consent.

Where an event beyond reasonable control prevents performance, affected obligations may be suspended only to the extent and for the duration permitted by applicable law and the agreement. We must take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects; this does not excuse duties that remain legally applicable.

## 7. Warranties, liability limits and protected persons

Please read this section carefully. It limits potential remedies and financial recovery. “Protected Persons” means TeymServ Corp. and its directors, officers, employees and agents acting in connection with the service. These protections apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not eliminate non-waivable duties.

Except for express contractual commitments and warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service and informational outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeymServ disclaims implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not override third-party licences or an express undertaking.

Subject to the exceptions below, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Protected Persons are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption or consequential loss associated with data, equipment downtime or reliance on informational outputs, even if advised of the possibility.

Subject to the exceptions below, the combined aggregate liability of all Protected Persons for claims arising from or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of CAD $100 and the subscription fees paid by the affected organization to TeymServ for the affected service in the 12 months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim. Related claims are treated together and do not multiply the cap. The cap is shared across Protected Persons, not payable separately by each.

Where legally enforceable, these exclusions and limits apply whether a claim is framed in contract, tort (including ordinary negligence), misrepresentation or another legal theory. They do not exclude or limit fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No provision waives mandatory consumer, privacy, safety or other statutory rights, lawful access to a regulator, or any remedy that applicable law requires.

For business customers only, and to the extent permitted by law, your organization will indemnify Protected Persons against third-party claims and reasonable defence costs to the extent caused by your unlawful misuse of the service, content you supplied without the necessary rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by a Protected Person’s own breach, negligence or misconduct. TeymServ must give reasonably prompt notice, allow reasonable participation in the defence and must not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

These provisions allocate risk; they are not a guarantee of immunity or enforceability in every jurisdiction. A signed agreement may provide a different expressly negotiated allocation. Each Protected Person is an intended beneficiary of the applicable protections, to the extent recognized by law.

## 8. Privacy notice: information and purposes

TeymServ processes account names, email addresses, organization and contact details, authentication and access information, and the business records users submit. Depending on use, those records can include customer and technician details, equipment histories, schedules, work orders, labour and travel information, photographs, attachments, signatures, quotes, invoices, payment status and support communications.

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate users, control organization access, maintain and retrieve records, deliver requested communications, respond to support, investigate problems, administer billing where enabled, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We should collect only information reasonably needed for identified purposes. Material new purposes require appropriate notice and any consent required by law.

Business customers decide much of the content entered into their workspace and who may access it. Requests about records controlled by a business customer may need to be addressed to that organization; TeymServ will assist as appropriate and retains its own responsibilities. Do not upload information you lack authority to share. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Authentication uses cookies or comparable browser storage. The app also stores some interface preferences locally. Vercel Analytics is integrated for website usage measurement. Hosting, security, authentication, model-download and media providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser details and requested resources. Browser controls may restrict storage but can affect sign-in or other features. This notice is not blanket consent for unrelated tracking.

## 9. Privacy notice: service providers and AI processing

The application uses Vercel for hosting and integrated analytics, Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, Resend for configured email delivery, and HeyGen-hosted media for the overview video. Stripe subscription integration is currently restricted to sandbox testing. The providers used depend on enabled features; we do not claim that all information remains in Canada.

Service providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States, where applicable laws may allow access by public authorities. Contact support@teymserv.com with privacy questions about a feature before submitting sensitive information. Disclosures must be limited to service purposes, customer instructions, valid consent where required, or another lawful basis. Using providers does not remove TeymServ’s obligations for information under its control.

Browser AI performs inference on the device through the supported browser model or the downloaded model runtime. Downloads of model/runtime files from services such as Hugging Face and jsDelivr involve network requests and may be cached on the device. The local inference path does not send the prompt to a cloud AI model; saving a reviewed service request does transmit the saved business record to the application database.

If an organization selects an external AI connection, messages and relevant feature instructions are sent through the application to the selected OpenAI, Google or Anthropic API using the configured organization connection. Provider usage charges, retention, processing locations and data-use terms depend on that account, service and configuration. Do not assume that an ordinary consumer chat subscription supplies API access or credit.

The OpenAI request implementation uses store: false, but this setting is not a promise of zero provider retention. This notice does not promise that every provider has disabled all logging, retention or model-training uses. Review the selected provider’s applicable terms and settings. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive customer information into prompts. Authorized administrators manage external AI connections; configured API credentials are stored encrypted by the connection implementation.

## 10. Privacy notice: retention, security and individual rights

Personal information should be retained only as reasonably necessary for identified service purposes, applicable contractual obligations, legal requirements and documented legal holds, then securely deleted or effectively de-identified as appropriate. Cancellation, customer retrieval, active-system deletion and backup expiry are distinct steps. The future paid-plan retrieval policy is set out above; fixed automated deletion and backup deadlines are not yet operational or promised by this notice.

Request account closure, data retrieval, correction or deletion at support@teymserv.com, marked “Privacy Request”. We will verify authority before releasing information or changing an account. Some information may need to be retained for lawful reasons; we will explain applicable limits. A former staff member cannot obtain another organization’s records merely by making a request.

Security measures must be appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. The application uses authenticated access, organization permissions and encrypted storage of external AI credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Notify support promptly of suspected compromise. TeymServ remains responsible for applicable incident assessment, notification and reporting duties.

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, individuals may request information about the existence, use and disclosure of their personal information, access it, seek correction, challenge handling, and withdraw consent where available. Withdrawal may affect service availability and may be subject to lawful restrictions. We do not promise unconditional immediate erasure of every record or backup.

Privacy concerns may be directed to TeymServ Corp. through support@teymserv.com for the person responsible for privacy. You may also contact the applicable privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where relevant. This notice does not restrict that right.

## 11. Suspension, termination and surviving provisions

TeymServ may reasonably restrict access to address a material breach, suspected account compromise, unlawful activity or legal requirement. Where practicable and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect people, data or systems.

Security restrictions do not remove applicable privacy or lawful retrieval rights. Where lawful and safe, support will provide an appropriate route for an authorized owner to request records. A routine subscription cancellation is governed by the cancellation policy rather than treated automatically as misconduct.

On termination, the right to use paid operational features ends as provided by the applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including accrued payment duties, ownership, confidentiality and privacy obligations, liability limitations and dispute provisions—survive to the extent permitted by law. Nothing authorizes indefinite unrelated retention of personal information.

## 12. Governing law, changes and contact

Subject to mandatory laws and customer rights, these Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Ontario. Nothing requires a person to surrender a non-waivable right to a local court, regulator or statutory remedy. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this notice.

An expressly negotiated signed agreement controls an identified conflict with these general Terms. These Terms, the incorporated AI and privacy notices, and the applicable accepted offer govern the matters they cover; they do not retroactively replace an existing agreement without legally effective notice and acceptance.

Material changes will be identified by a new version and communicated appropriately, with renewed acceptance where required. A privacy-policy change is not by itself consent to a new use of information. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a term immediately does not automatically waive it.

Questions, permissions, legal notices, cancellation and data requests: support@teymserv.com. Identify the relevant organization and request without including passwords or payment-card details. Contact does not waive mandatory rights or shorten a statutory deadline.
